This job specification is intended to broadly define the role of the Associate Consultant. Specific performance targets will be agreed every quarter and relevant training and support will be provided to help the job holder achieve the objectives of the role. Job Purpose:
To provide a fast, efficient and accurate service to Managers/Sales teams, delivering well matched and qualified candidates to meet clients’ requirements.
To develop exceptional relationships with candidates to understand their requirements and ensure they are well matched to the vacancies, thereby reducing the likelihood of offers being rejected or candidates dropping out.
To network with candidates to increase and maintain the quality of the candidate database, build knowledge of client companies and generate leads.
